Jobbet

Du vil som Backoffice Associate have daglig kontakt til vores autoforhandlere og slutkunder, både skriftligt og telefonisk. Du vil indgå i et team på i alt 12 kolleger, hvor vi sammen skal komme i mål med dagens deadlines. Backoffice er en del af Operations afdelingen. Du vil opleve et tæt og tværgående samarbejde mellem afdelingerne i Operations

Dine opgaver bliver blandt andet:

  • Daglig servicering af forhandlere, partnere og slutkunder telefonisk og skriftligt ved forespørgsler.
  • Afstemning og rapportering til samarbejdspartnere på serviceaftaler.
  • Daglig håndtering af ansøgninger og behandling af mailkorrespondance på indlånskonti
  • Behandling og afregning til forhandlere og privatkunder af daglige indkomne kontrakter.
  • Behandle administrative opgaver som vedrører forsikringssalg og indsigelser.
  • Være procesansvarlig for specifikke opgaver i Backoffice
  • Deltage i afdelingens andre ad hoc-opgaver.

Fund Manager

We are looking for a Fund Manager to join our Nordic Financial Management Department in Santander Consumer Bank AS. The department consists of five subgroups which are all located at Lysaker: Treasury & Analysis, Secured Funding, Unsecured Funding, Capital Management and Customer Deposits.

The Fund Manager role will be part of the Treasury & Analysis team consisting of six people. The team is responsible for management of the operational liquidity, interest rate risk, currency risk, financial planning and management of the banks liquidity reserve portfolio. Treasury & Analysis perform all activities on behalf of branches and subsidiaries in the four Nordic countries we operate in. We follow hybrid working practice allowing partially working from home.

Your role will further strengthen Treasury’s operations. You will take an operational role in the execution of liquidity transactions, including investment activities, handling parent funding and the use of derivatives when needed. In addition, you will be an important analytical resource for Treasury and the Financial Management department, which involves both model building and supporting the long term financial planning for the Bank. The role involves close cooperation both within Financial Management, but also with other departments, commercial units and the parent company in Madrid.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem solving, focused on process improvements, and be comfortable to make quick decisions under uncertainty. For the right candidate, the position offers a broad exposure to banking, financial instruments and balance sheet management.

Main areas of responsibility:

HR Operations Specialist

Would you like to be part of a high-performing HR team in one of the world’s largest banks?

As HR Operations Specialist, you will manage effectively and efficiently the HR administration for our Norwegian organisation. You will work closely with HR colleagues in the Nordics to ensure that our local HR processes are aligned across our countries.

The position is temporary and covering a maternity leave during a period of 18 months and are reporting to Head of HR Operations.

Key accountabilities

  • HR Service support to HR community, business leaders and employees
  • Follow-up and respond on inquiries in our HR channels

As a Head of Investigation & Due Diligence you are given the opportunity to play a valuable role in creating an effective and customer centric financial crime prevention program with following main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the Investigation & Due Diligence operating model
  • Strategic direction of the Investigation & Due Diligence team

Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a ambitious member to the Financial Reporting team as part of the Financial Control function. The team is responsible for ensuring accurate and qualitative financial reports across the 4 units in the Nordics relating to Management- and Statutory reporting. This role is focused towards our Management Reporting area with responsibilities related to our Auto Captive partner agreements and the delivery of accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders in accordance to defined reporting and data requirements. As a Reporting Specialist you will have responsibilities for Management reports related to Actuals, Budget and Forecast covering Captive reporting per country/brand/product. To be successful in the role you have experience in database handling and proficient in SQL or similar. You are a teamplayer with high integrity and thrives in a fast pace environment that requires good communication skills with a variety of stakeholders within the Group.

  • Monthly reporting in MIS (Management Information System).
  • Responsibility for Captive reporting process, including the preparation and submission of required reports to internal and external stakeholders incl HQ.

Senior HR Analyst

We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst to join our Nordic HR Operations team at Santander. Here you will play a crucial role with identifying and driving implementation of key people analytics metrics and developing data collection methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable data in HR systems, reports, and dashboards.

The Senior HR Analyst will support the HR Operations delivery model by taking lead on important HR projects such as renewal of grading structure and digitalisation of compensation & benefits, as well as transforming complex HR data into clear and actionable insights.   • Perform data quality checks on monthly basis
